my Wall my Business

why i still read people's posts? a friend told me, why would i do that ... esp when we dislike them, unfriend or the least .... hide their posts :))

my main reason is simple: wicked it may sound but sometimes when people post their grievances, owh what a relief that there are some other people who are actually unhappy bout their life ...

the updates are also fun ... ok, updates on event, sport ... but more funnier when the fella is posting bout a conflict, esp relationship ... hurm ... sometimes its an open book, with description, pix @ caption. Whoaaaa ...

well, u might say, wait till it happen to you ....sorry guys, wrong person ... if i were to post everthing, my wall would be flooded with blood .... and tears!

Life as Sweet as Zumba

... and it was the day I discovered Zumba, it's love at first sight. Finally found thing that I love to do long time ago ... rocking, partying ... but now in kinda modest manner ...

What is Zumba? well ... just google it. hehe ... anyway, i just cut & paste these: Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves. i wanna cry outloud! what is the matter with these people??? no mercy at all ... God please give me strength thru this ... pls dont let me do what these people did to me unto others ... begged like 5 times, but still d answer is NO ... I am just no capable ...  what I did all these while were juz routine jobs, "all the routines were taken care of", the exact words used ... There were too many problems in your unit ... others didnt??? the focus was on me, not the others ... do u really have eyes???

i thought the pain gonna subside .... I wouldnt want to stay here forever anyway ... but I wont never forget how u people treated me. am I a threat to you?? Disagreement defined as disobedience?? .... the person I thought least will harm me is the one who actually holding a dagger behind his/her back ... NEVER TRUST ANYONE! as the mafia would say .... I know your name, i know your face, i even saw your cards ....
I will leave this place with grace & dignity ...

Knight is Over

and as for today, officially Knight is Over. just when i thought that the light I found would help me go through all the pains & vains ... it just suddenly vanished. am left alone in the dark, cold, injured, battered. even worse than before.

Inovasi jadi budaya warga UMS

Shariff Abdul Kadir Omang (tengah) menyampaikan hadiah kepada penerima Anugerah Ketua KIK Terbaik kategori Pengurusan, Awina Kamis pada Konvensyen KIK di Kota Kinabalu, baru-baru ini.

KOTA KINABALU 8 Nov. - Warga Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) diminta terus membudayakan inovasi dan kreativiti mereka bagi membolehkan pelaksanaan penambahbaikan perkhidmatan di institusi tersebut.

Naib Canselor UMS, Prof. Datuk Dr. Kamaruzaman Ampon berkata, sehubungan itu, mereka perlu mengetengahkan idea-idea baru untuk menjana produktiviti kerana ia dapat meningkatkan kualiti UMS selaku pusat pendidikan utama.

''Bagaimanapun, inovasi yang diketengahkan itu tidak seharusnya terhad kepada satu bidang sahaja, ia perlu dipelbagaikan. Selain itu, idea tersebut juga perlu merangkumi kaedah yang boleh menghasilkan perkhidmatan lebih baik.

''Kita yakin, usaha ini mampu dilakukan oleh semua warga UMS," katanya ketika berucap merasmikan konvensyen Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreativiti (KIK) kedua di Dewan Bankuasi UMS, di sini baru-baru ini.

Teks ucapan beliau dibaca oleh Pengarah UMS Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan (UMS-KAL), Prof. Dr. Shariff Abdul Kadir Omang.

Kamaruzaman berkata, konvensyen tersebut memberi ruang kepada warga UMS untuk berinovasi dalam menghasilkan idea-idea yang bernas dan kreatif.

Katanya, KIK merupakan platform terbaik bagi jabatan, sekolah, pusat dan institusi UMS bagi mengetengahkan hasil inovasi untuk dikongsi dan diaplikasi bersama.

Jelas beliau, pihaknya yakin melalui KIK bukan sahaja dapat menyelesaikan pelbagai masalah kerja, malah, memberi peningkatan dalam pembangunan modal insan.

''Ia juga menggalakkan budaya kerja kreatif dan inovatif serta mampu membina kerja berpasukan," ujarnya.

Beliau menambah, konvensyen itu dapat meningkatkan lagi motivasi semua yang terlibat dengan meraih pengiktirafan dan penghargaan banyak pihak.

Sehubungan itu, beliau menyeru semua warga UMS untuk terus menghayati usaha pembudayaan inovasi dan kreativiti menerusi penyertaan mereka dalam KIK.
